Our projects begin with a company tour or kickoff meeting, followed by midterm and final deliverables. During these milestones, our team holds bi-weekly or weekly check-in meetings to discuss progress, provide feedback, and address any questions. Each project consists of a select team of individuals with the necessary skills. The team typically includes a senior engineer, a project manager, and around four engineers to complete the project.
